Faith Is a State of Mind

I was sitting here wondering too myself, how in the world can I motivate my team, how could I get them to remove the negativity from their state of mind, with out having to actually pound it into their brain and without having to literally tattoo it into their brain wall.

I pride myself on being a great motivator and up lifter, but I was truly stuck. It seems I had tried everything to get them to recondition their ways of thinking and stop sabotaging their success. So I said too myself, let me stop thinking about it so hard, I know the answer would be given too me as soon as I relax my body and my mind. Then it hit me; " OUR MANY TRAVELS IN LIFE WHETHER WE REACH OUR DESTINATION OR GET LOST, IS ALL BECAUSE OF OUR STATE OF MIND" what we believe is what we become.

OK, OK, so I have been giving this confirmation, now what in the world am I going to do with this information, to help motivate my team members to keep pushing forward......................................? So, I picked up one of my favorite books "THINK AND GROW RICH" by Napoleon  Hill, and I decided to read the book from the beginning. You probably wondering why? Let me tell you why, when your subconscious mind is given an affirmation and your determination and your faith is mixed together, you will always truly succeed with what you set out to conquer, and THIS I DID!

Look what I found from my great author;

Faith Is a State of Mind Which May Be Induced by Autosuggestion.

Have Faith in yourself; faith in the Infinite

• Faith is the "eternal elixir" which gives life, power, and action to the impulse of thought!

• Faith is the starting point of all accumulation of riches!

• Faith is the basis of all "miracles," and all mysteries which cannot be analyzed by the rules of science!

• Faith is the element the "chemical" which, when mixed with prayer, gives one direct communication which Infinite Intelligence.

• Faith is the element which transforms the ordinary vibration of thought, created by the finite mind of man, into the spiritual equivalent.

• Faith is the only agency through which the cosmic force of Infinite Intelligence can be harnessed and used by man

From this I learned that I must first have FAITH in myself and that I have the ability, drive and determination to motivate my team.


So the next time when you set out towards that next project, job interviewing, next meeting, or anything you have your mind set at accomplishing, remember "FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPE FOR, AND EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN" Hebrew 11:1
